Shipping & Payments
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of being received. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Champagne Cru NZ Ltd engages the services of NZ Post to courier your items. On occasion NZ Post will extend this delivery time in exceptional circumstances of increased demand for their delivery services. Parcel notifications are a standard part of the NZ Post Courier service and by completing your purchase with us you are agreeing to give permission for NZ Post to use your data to automatically email you when your parcel is on its way and to notify you when it has been delivered.
The schedule of posting and packaging fees are as follows:

Over 18? - of course!
NZ Courier Post will not leave items containing alcohol unattended and NZ Post needs to be satisfied that the person receiving the parcel is over 18 years of age.
Packaging
You will receive your order in sturdy packaging that has been specifically developed for the transportation of wine bottles. If your bottles suffered breakage during transportation to you, please let our customer service team know within 24 hours of receiving them by emailing champagnecrunz@gmail.com.
Payment options
Your payment is processed through Eway Payment Gateway to process your transactions securely. Eway is a reliable and secure payment provider that uses advanced cybersercurity and fraud protection. Eway secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available.
We accept most international and domestic credit and debit cards including Mastercard and Visa.
Refunds
There will be no refunds on our exceptional champagne. Should the unimaginable happen and there be breakage during delivery, please contact us immediately at champagnecrunz@gmail.co. nz with all the details. A replacement will be arranged where appropriate.
Complaints?
We don't imagine you would have any complaints about our exceptional champagne! However, if you do have a complaint about a product or service we provide then please let us know at champagnecrunz@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint and an answer will be given to you via email within 14 days.
