Made exclusively with GRAND CRU Chardonnay grapes from the hillside of Chênets, Bellevoyes and Gallois, Oger.
These are the first plots harvested, vines over 30 years old cultivated on a slope perfectly exposed to early maturity. Rich soil, with light clay and well degraded with flint lifts, the chalk is deep there. This wine is vinified as soon as it leaves the press in old oak barrels that are over 20 years old and vinified with indigenous yeast - the champagne is naturally low in sulfates. Perfect as aperitif or over a meal.

Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier of the 2015 Vintage: A totally delicious Champagne, bold, rich, developing and distinctive. Aromas and flavours of white peach and white strawberry, there’s a fullness from the lees and mineral salty seashell quality. Full-bodied and rich in both texture and flavours. White strawberry and a touch of button mushroom, white fleshed fruits and citrus. A fine and very expressive mouse carrying the lions share of flavour and highlights the contrasting effect of acidity and some bottle age. A lovely wine, great after 48 hours as well. Best drinking from day of purchase and through 2028. 95 Points (="Outstanding") April 2022
