Of a shining gold color, made from 100% pinot noir grapes, is a pure wine, perfect for delighting true connoisseurs.
Very fine and elegant perlage. The nose has a fruity and intense aroma. On the palate, it reveals a powerful wine, but also delicate and elegant, where notes of black cherry and hazelnuts stand out, with a slight hint of lemon.
It goes perfectly with seafood, with salmon or tuna, but is also excellent in accompanying pork, or sweet and soft cheese.
Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier: Very expressive bouquet, quite bold and voluptuous with scents of fresh strawberry and preserved lemon, an intense and forward autolysis showcasing scents of brioche, bread & butter pudding and baking spice. Distinctive on the palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet from fruit to lees, a touch of ginger and peach. The mousse is volumous with a fine bubble and fresh texture.
